Standard futures are agreements to buy or sell assets (like commodities) at a set price on a certain date, used for managing risks or profiting from price changes.
This trading option allows us to take long or short positions on assets with leverage, enabling us to use standardized contracts for buying or selling on specific dates.
Upon creating your account, you will encounter options at the top of the screen. Please choose "Derivatives" followed by "Standard Futures" to navigate to the Standard Futures page.

Cross margin mode in standard futures combines the account's total balance to support multiple positions, sharing margin collateral and reducing the risk of liquidation. Isolated margin mode, on the other hand, assigns separate margins for each position, isolating risk and preventing potential losses from affecting other positions.
On the right side of the page, you can change your margin mode by clicking on the top left side of the section demonstrated on the following screenshot.
Directly beside the margin mode option, you will come across the Account selector. Currently, there are three options: "BTC Account", "USDT Account" and "VST Account". We recommend using the VST Account (Demo Account) as we do not offer financial advice.
